Hilary Duff Shares How She Lost Weight While Enjoying Wine, Chocolate, and Bread

Hilary Duff just shared how she lost weight all while not sacrificing her favorite foods.

The “Lizzie McGuire” star posted a picture to Instagram to show off her physique and discussed her diet. Duff posed in a strapless bikini and shared her secret.

She captioned the photo, “I’ve still been counting my macros with my man @theflexible.dieting.coach and it’s truly helped me stay lean even while eating bread, chocolate, and wine!”

Duff said that shedding pounds during quarantine was a challenge and that she worked with a fitness studio and nutrition coach.

The actress shared advice with fans who might also struggle with their weight.

“I know it’s extra hard to keep up and find normalcy in quarantine but I truly hope you make at least 30 mins a day for yourself to stay connected,” Duff said.

Erik Young, Duff’s nutrition coach, shared her post on Instagram. In the caption, he explained how the non-restrictive weight loss plan allows her to eat whatever she wants as long as she minds her macros.

He added that Duff consumes 1,500 calories a day.

Along with her workout routines, Duff has been using Instagram to show her fans how she and her son Luca stay safe during the COVID-19 pandemic.

Duff posted a selfie with her 8-year-old son, both wearing face masks.

"A Sunny shine day with my sunshine boy," Duff captioned the photo.

Duff wore a floral-patterned mask while her son sported a solid blue face covering. The actress was also seen with a pair of hoop earrings, a chain necklace and oversized sunglasses.
